Something's wrong with Dropshare for Mac? You're unable to log in or upload files to your server? The logs might help.
Dropshare 4 or newer
To get the log files in Dropshare 4 or newer, navigate to the About window (Dropshare icon in menu bar, menu button on the right, About) and click the "Log file" button on the bottom left.
To get them, open Console.app (e.g. via Spotlight) and filter for Dropshare in the upper right. You can then select only specific or all log messages and copy them into an email or support request to get further assistance.
